It does not fail. It is, somehow, picking up the path of /usr/local/var/namazu/index/documentumdevelopers (which I think is a default if nothing was specified in the .namzurc file) instead of /usr/l

I solved the problem with a hack. No matter what I tried for the idxname in /srv/www/htdocs/ffarchive/index.html, the index files (NMZ*) were not found. I tried every name and path in "idxname= ..."
