Question インデックスファイルができない



はじめてメールさせていただきます。
藤山といいます。

検索システムにNamazuを利用させて頂こうとセットアップ
を行なっているのですが、インストールも終り mknmzで
NMZ.*を作成する際にディレクトリによっては、インデックス
ファイル(NMZ.i,NMZ,ii)が作られません。
正常に作られるディレクトリも在ります。
FAQなどを探したのですがどうにも分かりません。
よろしくご教示のほどお願いします。

環境は以下です。
H/W:SPARCstation10
OS:Solaris2.6
Namazu:namazu-1.3.0.10

mknmzを実行すると(長くなりますがご容赦のほど)

あと、最後にこれも初歩的な質問で申し訳ないのですが、単語の一部を
指定しての検索とかは不可なんでしょうか。
例)system という単語を, sys だけ入力でヒットさせる。
