wvWare + lv で変換した結果が正しかったとした場合の次のステップです。

しまった。コンバータとして何が動いているのかは -C では分からない
のだった。

$ mknmz --debug test.doc

を実行して、次の行以下はどのような結果が返ってきているでしょうか?

また、@@ Processing ms-word file ... には何と書かれていますか?

// -- title -- の後にはきちんとタイトルが入っているはずです。
// -- content -- の後には wvWare で変換した本文が入っているはずです。
