namazu.cgi は何処にあるのでしょうか。

はじめまして、小林と申します。

このたび、NamazuをWebSite検索に使いたく、namazu-2.0.4.tar.gzをダウンロードし
たのですが
namazu.cgiというファイルがないのですがこれは、作るものなのでしょうか?
Windowsな環境のため、http://www.namazu.org/doc/manual.html.ja#cgiの
「 $(libexecdir) ディレクトリ (通常は/usr/local/libexec) 」がないのですが・
・・。

とても初歩的な質問で申し訳ありませんが、よろしくお願い申し上げます。



私のPCの環境
OS Microsoft Windows 98 Second Edition
Perl ActivePerl Win32 5.6.0
WebServer Apache 1.3.11(Win32)

サーバー側の環境(実際に検索する方)
OS:                         Unix系
使用できるCGI言語:   C言語 Perl Shell
WebServer:               Apache 1.3.6(Unix)
