Why? NMZ.head doesn't open directly. 
NMZ.head is only read with namazu.cgi. 
{cgi} of NMZ.head is rewritten by namazu.cgi. 

namazu.cgi should start by the following URL. 

https://<mydomain>.com/cgi-bin/namazu.cgi
