"Template" is specified. 
Is there NMZ.xxxx files in /usr/local/mail_archive/cgi-bin/template

In that case, please specify "overland-forum" for CGI parameter 
idxname.

The group and the permission are confirmed the owner of each file. 

 $ ls -alF /usr/local/mail_archive/html/overland-forum

Please show the result of the following command. 

 $ namazu "keyword" /usr/local/mail_archive/html/overland-forum

* "Keyword" is arbitrary.
