Such a problem has hardly happened in Japan. 

How does the result of the following command become it?

$ perl -e 'use Text::Kakasi; print $Text::Kakasi::VERSION'
$ perl -e 'use NKF; print $NKF::VERSION;'
$ mknmz -C
