Can you elaborate more on what you mean by, "It even doesn't test."?
I.e. Are there existing tests that fail? Or there are no tests
written for iso-8859-* data?
If the later, then you cannot claim either way if namazu supports
iso-8859-* data. You could state something like the following
in the README:
ISO-8859-* character encodings are not officially supported
in Namazu. However, some users have reported no problems in
using Namazu on such data sets.
