development-2-1: doccat.pl, rtf.pl, taro.pl, wordpro.pl

EUC-JP に変換後、nkf の -Z コマンドの処理に相当する正規化が行われて
いないので、これを行うように
normalize_document -> normalize_eucjp_document
の変更を行いました。
