I need to integrate namazu into an automated build process, which
requires that all tools be located in a specific directory tree.  In
this situation, installing into the root isn't an option.

It is BUILD-ja.txt in nmz2.0.17.001-win32.zip.

"nmz.dll" is the one having compiled with Mingw + gcc.
