うむ、おかしいですね。
私の手元の Makefile では
619: test_static :: test_dynamic
620: testdb_static :: testdb_dynamic

となっていて、 ',' は無いです。。

ちなみに私の perl は
Binary build 519 provided by ActiveState Tool Corp. http://www.ActiveState.com
Built 01:58:58 Sep 23 1999

と言うことで、519 です。（ふっ、ふるい。。）
521 を入れねば。
